Ever think you or a group of your friends could host a fun, interesting panel at Wizard World St. Louis Comic Con? We want to hear your ideas — and get you on stage.

Here’s how it works: Use the form below (or Click here for a pdf version) and email to submissions@wizardworld.com to submit your entry; we’ll pick the best ones. Maybe you will be the next St. Louis Comic Con star.

Hurry! Submissions are due by Feb. 15.

Programming submission for Wizard World St. Louis, March 22-24, 2013, is now open! Read the information below in its entirety to submit your panel idea.

Please note that submitting a panel does not guarantee it will be scheduled. A confirmation email will be sent out to all confirmed panels two to three weeks prior to the event.

The deadline for submitting panels is February 15, 2013. Please email the following information to submissions@wizardworld.com . Include "St. Louis Panel Submission" in the subject line of your email. If all the requested information below is not provided, then your panel will not be considered.

Tech Requirements:


Wizard World will provide each panel room with the following AV unless otherwise specified: table microphones, DVD Player, video projector, and screen. Each room will have a VGA laptop connection, and audio connection. Panelists must provide their own laptops, including any adapters or connectors that are compatible with a VGA connection.

Any equipment beyond what is provided above must be requested in advance. All additional equipment costs will be covered by the panelists.
