 David Hedison’s six decade acting career began in the 50’s, with appearances in THE LOST WORLD, THE SON OF ROBIN HOOD, THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD, VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA, JOURNEY TO THE UNKNOWN and the original film version of THE FLY.
In 1973, Hedison took over the role of James Bond’s CIA ally Felix Leiter in LIVE AND LET DIE. Hedison would go on to become the first actor to ever reprise the role of Leiter in 1987’s LICENSE TO KILL.
Hedison has also been cast in a wide variety of film and TV projects, including WONDER WOMAN, THE FALL GUY, KNIGHT RIDER, THE LOVE BOAT, THE A-TEAM, T.J. HOOKER, DYNASTY, CHARLIE’S ANGELS, BENSON, BARNABY JONES and FANTASY ISLAND.
More recently, Hedison has appeared in several episodes of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS as well as SPECTRES, MEGIDDO: THE OMEGA CODE 2 and THE REALITY TRAP.
