Jerome Blake got his start as an actor during a small part in FIRST KNIGHT. From there he went on to appear as one of the Mondoshawan in Luc Besson’s sci-fi epic, THE FIFTH ELEMENT.
Blake’s role in that film led him to an even greater opportunity in STAR WARS EPISODE I: THE PHANTOM MENACE, in which Blake portrayed several alien characters including Mas Amedda, Oppo Rancisis, Rune Haako, Mik Regrap, Horox Ryyder, and Orn Free Taa. Blake has also appeared in ATTACK OF THE CLONES and REVENGE OF THE SITH, reprising some of his roles from the earlier prequel.
Blake has also starred in GAS, DUMMY, THE BLIND SPOT, FLAMINGO BLUES and THE HITCHHIKER’S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY. His next film appearance will be in THE KID.
