The Bus Drop-Off is located at 34nd St. & 8th Ave (by Tick Tock). Its a 3 minute East walk to Penn Pavilion Plaza (34th & 7th).
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - MTA METRO-NORTH RAILROAD TRAINS, SCHEDULES & FARES
These trains let out at Grand Central. This is @ 42nd St. & Lexington Ave. It is a 15-minute walk Southwest to 32nd & 7th. OR, it is around an $8 Taxi ride. OR, you can take the S Shuttle Train at Grand Central to Times Square 42nd St. Once at that stop, you can walk the last 10 blocks, OR you can get on the 1,2 or 3 Subway line South to 34th Street. That lets you off right across the street.

These trains let out at Penn Station. Exit on 7th Avenue (follow signs for Madison Square Garden). You will exit Penn Station at 32nd & 7th. The Penn Plaza Pavilion is directly across the street.
