In their desire to fill a niche they felt was missing, site creators Timothy D Rideout and Sue Maynard focus on the television shows, movies, books, and other arenas of pop culture they felt weren't being covered to their satisfaction. They have had the opportunity to interview the likes of Meg Tilly, Anna Silk, Jeremy LaLonde, Rick Howland, Ali Liebert, and Lucas Bryant, among many others. With their casual, chat-style podcast, they set their guests at ease and treat them as treasured friends, which makes for fun, insightful and laugh-filled interviews. With decisive and divisive op-ed pieces on fandom and sexism they don't shy from their opinions, but more often tend to revel in their love of the creative endeavors that manifest in the world of indie and pop culture.
