 Linda Hamilton’s film career began in the early 1980s, with appearances in CHILDREN OF THE CORN and TAG: THE ASSASSINATION GAME. However, it was Hamilton’s role as Sarah Connor in the first TERMINATOR movie that elevated her into superstardom.
Hamilton reprised her role in TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY and even provided a vocal appearance as Sarah Connor in TERMINATOR SALVATION earlier this year.
Outside of the TERMINATOR films, Hamilton is perhaps best known for her turn as Catherine on the TV series BEAUTY & THE BEAST opposite Ron Perlman of HELLBOY fame. Hamilton has also appeared in MURDER, SHE WROTE, KING KONG LIVES, MR. DESTINY, DANTE’S PEAK, FRAISER, SILENT NIGHT and lent her vocal talents to DISNEY’S HERCULES, BUZZ LIGHTYEAR OF STAR COMMAND and BATMAN BEYOND.
In 2005, Hamilton reunited with Ron Perlman in the post-Vietnam war drama MISSING IN AMERICA. More recently, Hamilton has appeared in THE LINE, ACCORDING TO JIM, THIEF, TAKE 3 and BROKEN. Her next film will be HOLY WATER, a comedy which is due to come out later this year.
