Seth Coster comprises 1/3 of the game studio Butterscotch Shenanigans, where he does game design, game programming, and business management, working alongside his two brothers. In his four years of game development, he has gone from a nobody solo hobbyist with no programming skills, to mid-size studio employee, to indie studio co-founder. He has developed and scrapped over 90 game prototypes, created 18 game jam games (some in under 8 hours), and launched 11 games totaling over 5 million players, primarily on mobile platforms. His most successful titles through Butterscotch Shenanigans are Quadropus Rampage (June 2013) and Flop Rocket (February 2015).
Through Butterscotch Shenanigans, Seth Coster is currently working on a massive crafting-driven RPG called Crashlands, featuring an intrepid space delivery driver named Flux Dabes who becomes stranded on an insane alien planet. Using only her strength, her wits, her powersuit with infinite storage, and her genius robot assistant Juicebox, Flux must save the indigenous populace of planet Woanope from an evil space being named Q, so she can get her packages back and make her delivery on time. Crashlands is set to release on PC, Linux, Mac, iOS, and Android later this year.
