Sandra is the winner of the 2010 Whittaker Prize for poetry and Arc Poetry Magazine’s Poem of the Year (2005).She is the managing poetry editor of The Chiaroscuro/ChiZine.com and the co-publisher of ChiZine Publications. Sandra’s poetry and fiction has appeared in various magazines and anthologies, including Taddle Creek, Shadows & Tall Trees, A Verdant Green, Tesseracts 14, Evolve, Chilling Tales, Body Parts & Coal Dust, and the forthcoming Evolve2. She managed to snag an introduction from Neil Gaiman for her poetry collection, The Animal Bridegroom (Tightrope Books). She is currently working on another poetry collection, a mythological noir, a fairy tale graphic novel, a steampunk epic and a YA fantasy.
