ROYAL ONTARIO MUSEUM TO PRESENT ROMic BOOKS WORKSHOP AT TORONTO COMIC CONAs part of our Kidís Day programming the Royal Ontario Museum will host a workshop, ROMic Books, from 1-2 pm on Sunday, March 28 at Toronto Comic Con.

Get a taste of comics through history as you explore the relationship between heroes represented in ancient artifacts and in mainstream comic books as a ROM teacher guide you in discussion and the creation of their own character design.

The workshop is best suited for kids aged 8-14 years old, though all attendees are welcome. Participation is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Kids 10 years old and younger are FREE all weekend long with a paid adult ticket.

Toronto Comic Con runs from March 26-28, 2010 at the Direct Energy Centre. This major pop-culture convention brings together fans of comics, toys, collectibles and offers a chance to see actors, writers, artists that each industry has to offer.
