Early in his acting career, Lorenzo Lamas appeared in several films and TV series including GREASE, CALIFORNIA FEVER, FANTASY ISLAND, THE LOVE BOAT, SNAKE EATER and THE HITCHHIKER.
However, his best known role of the 80’s was the millionaire playboy Lance Cumson on the popular prime time soap opera, FALCON CREST. Lamas was the only actor to appear in all 227 episodes of FALCON CREST over the course of nine seasons.
After the end of FALCON CREST, Lamas went on to appear in a number of action related roles in KILLING STREETS, NIGHT OF THE WARRIOR, FINAL IMPACT, THE SWORDSMAN, TERMINAL JUSTICE, GLADIATOR COP, MASK OF DEATH and BLACK DAWN.
In 1992, Lamas was cast in the lead role of the syndicated action series RENEGADE, which ran for five seasons and cemented his reputation as an action superstar. Following “Renegade”, Lamas appeared in AIR AMERICA, INVASION AMERICA, THE IMMORTAL, DARK WATERS, LATIN DRAGON, THE NOWHERE MAN and RENO 911!
More recently Lamas had a three year run on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL in the role of Hector Ramírez. He also appeared as a judge on the beauty competition show, ARE YOU HOT? He is currently starring in the reality show LEAVE IT TO LAMAS.
