Ever wonder how to make your cat into an Internet celebrity? Or are you a geek looking for dating tips?
Quirk Books, an independent book publisher based in Philadelphia, will have a strong presence at Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con, answering these pressing questions and many more at its exhibitor booth (location TBD), June 19-22 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Dustin Fenstermacher (author of “How to Make Your Cat an Internet Celebrity”) and Eric Smith (“The Geek’s Guide to Dating”) are among the writers who will be signign copies of their books and discussing those and other topics during the show.
Fans can also pick up posters of Fenstermacher’s book as well as “William Shakespeare’s The Jedi Doth Return,” “Nick & Tesla’s High Voltage Danger Lab,” Quirk totebags and more.
It’s a great chance for fans to interact with a self-described “geeky, local publisher.”
“We’re based here in Philadelhpia, and absolutely adore meeting local fans,” said Smith. “We haven’t been to Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con in a while, and we are really excited to be back.”
