4:00PM - 4:45PM A JOURNEY FROM NOVEL TO SCREENPLAY TO MAJOR MOTION PICTURE (ROOM 113)
Follow along with Keith Rommel as he takes you from novel to screenplay to major motion picture! You will be able to compare script to the movie actors behaviors and verbiage as you will be shown a short clip of the movie to follow along to! Keith will lead you through a discussion about what you saw and how it was converted from novel to screenplay and will touch on some of the basics of the writing and movie business.

4:30PM - 5:15PM VIP's OF SELF-PUBLISHING (SHOW STAGE)
Self-publishing creator, Victor Dandridge, heads a forum-style discussion on the practices of self-publishing comic books. Guided with his own years of experience as both a comic book fan and creator, Victor aims to lead this discussion, interacting with the attending audience, to share ideas for comic book production, marketing and distribution.

5:00PM- 5:45PM THE SYNERGY OF VIDEO GAMES, FILM AND BOOKS (ROOM 113)
Transmedia is influencing entertainment at large intertwining video games, film, and the literary industry. Today, you'd be hard pressed to find a video game without cinematics and filmic cutscenes, not to mention how many countless films are based on novels. How will this synergy impact these industries in the future Join Genese Davis (The Holder's Dominion; MMORPG.com), Matt Liff (Clockwork Elements), Cameron Bolinger (TBA Games), and Jake Mackessy (Mercenary Art Studio) as they divulge their perspectives and discuss these colliding genres.

5:30PM - 6:15PM FINANCIAL TIPS FOR COMIC CREATORS AND FANS (SHOW STAGE)
James Haick, the writer/creator of the ongoing comic series SOLAR FLARE, also runs his own financial service practice in Bonita Springs Florida. In this panel, James plans on discussing some basic financial and investing concepts designed specifically for people in the comics industry. He plans on going over types or IRA's, what a mutual fund is, along with some self publishing advice. A free 1st printing copy of James' comic, Solar Flare #1, will be given to the first 25 attendees.


6:00PM - 6:45PM BELOVED VILLAINS: THE MAGIC BEHIND CRUELLA DE VIL, THE JOKER AND MORE! (ROOM 113)
A great villain can leave the most lasting impression and memories! Sometimes even more so than a great hero. Why is that Hear from Genese Davis (The Holder's Dominion), David Rico (Dead Man Walking), Russell Lissau (The Batman Strikes; Old Wounds) and Anthony Bowling (Samurai 7; The Devil is a Part Timer) as they dive into what makes villains memorable, what type of villains should be invented next, and how to transform just an average evil character into an epic evil villain!

Join independent comic creator KoolAsHeck, one of the founding members of the Twin Cities Comic Collective, as he gives you tips and hints on how to create your own professional comic book. As a writer, penciller, inker, colorist, and letterer, Kool handles every job on his comic series, Evenfall. From the original thumbnails to the final printed version, Kool provides guidance, wisdom, and the lessons he has learned along the way as an up-and-coming talent in comics. As a bonus, each panel attendee will receive a limited edition art print!

11:30PM - 12:15PM THE MONSTER PANEL (SHOW STAGE)
The Monster Panel focuses on the story behind the successful products because everything that is good has to have a good story. The panelists are made up of writers, illustrators, filmmakers, cosplayers, musical artists, actors, bloggers and industry insiders. With topics that range from: Why we love the apocalypse to what makes a good superhero. Other topics include ghosts, our love for zombies, why more people watch sci-fi in film than read it in books, when is hip hop going to move from sci-fi music videos to full out films address gender and the racial imbalances in Sci-fi and why there are so few black and latino people in comic books and sci-fi.

12:00PM - 12:45PM SEX, LOVE, AND SUPERHEROES (ROOM 113)
Would a superhero's love life be like that of a real world soldier, firefighter, undercover detective, or rock star Frankly, who wants to date a superherO' They show up late for dates, they run out on you at random times just to go save the world, and they bring danger into your life simply by knowing you. Dr. Travis Langley (Batman and Psychology: A Dark and Stormy Knight, Captain America vs. Iron Man) explores superheroes relationships, the human and superhuman nature of sex and love in capes and tights.

1:00PM - 1:45PM THE ART OF SATURDAY MORNING CARTOON PRODUCTION WITH ANIMATOR/DIRECTOR TOM COOK (ROOM 113)
Wizard World is proud to present world-renowned animator Tom Cook (Tarzan; Flash Gordon; He-Man and the Masters of the Universe; She-Ra Princess of Power). This panel will be a demonstration of the steps taken to bring an idea from script to screen. Cook will begin with a short story of how he became an animator back in the late 1970s and then describe the different departments in an animation studio and what they do to move the development of the cartoon forward. Tom will have a few scenes he has worked on over the years on video and then will open the floor for questions about either the process or any other question you may have. So come out and see first-hand how your favorite cartoons were made!

The best of the best will be dressed to impress in their superhero & pop culture finest, so be prepared for some serious cosplay. Grab your buddies and suit up to take a chance at bringing home the gold! Anyone interested in participating can signp at the Wizard World Information booth inside the exhibition floor on Saturday! DC and Warner have recently announced that Batman's uncredited co-creator Bill Finger will receive credit in future film and television projects. In recognition and celebration, Dr. Travis Langley (Batman and Psychology: A Dark and Stormy Knight) gathers together a team ready to discuss the impact and lasting legacy of our favorite Dark Knight: Marc Tyler Nobleman (Bill the Boy Wonder: The Secret Co-Creator of Batman), Russell Lissau (The Batman Strikes), Jamie Walton (The Wayne Foundation), and the cape creator's own family, Athena Finger and her son Benjamin.

Wizard World and Coolwaters Productions LLC is proud to present actor ADRIAN PAUL performing a live swordsman demo at the Wizard World Comic Con! Adrian is known worldwide as Duncan Macleod, the lead role in the TV series The Highlander. On the show Adrian did a lot of his own sword battles and now is your chance to see him do it live! A few lucky people will even get to wield a sword with Adrian as he teaches the crowd about proper sword handling and battle! Must purchase separate ticket for this event.
