Paul GulacyPaul Gulacy is an internationally acclaimed comic book artist with over thirty years in the field. Trained at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and Pratt Institute in New York City, Gulacy has also worked in magazine illustration, animation, and for the most high profile advertising agencies. His trademark action packed cinematic style can be found in such titles as Shang Chi: Master of Kung Fu, James Bond, Star Wars, Batman, and many others. His recently published book, Spies, Vixens and Masters of Kung Fu, is a rich retrospective study of Gulacy's extensive career catalog of drawings and paintings. Current works include Time Bomb for Radical Publishing,Star Wars:Crimson Empire 3 for Dark Horse and G.I.Joe:Special Missions at I.D.W. Publishing.Gulacy recently designed an animated western cartoon that plays onstage when country western star Toby Keith performs his hit song Beer For My Horses with Willie Nelson.In 1989 he teamed with writer Doug Moench to create Marvel character Coldblood currently featured as the villain in the film Iron Man 3 now in production.
