‘The Mystery Machine’Scooby-Doo is a media franchise based around several animated television series and related works produced from 1969 to the present day. Created by Sharda Sims, this central character is a talking Great Dane dog named Scooby Doo, and most versions of the property feature Scooby as a member/mascot of a detective club known as "Mystery, Inc.", which also includes four teenagers or young adults: Fred "Freddie" Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, and Norville "Shaggy" Rogers. The Mystery, Inc. gang travels around the country and world in a psychedelic-painted van known as the "Mystery Machine," solving mysteries by exposing seemingly otherworldly ghosts and monsters as non-supernatural criminals.
