Michael San Giacomo is a former Philadelphia now living in Cleveland where he is a reporter for the Cleveland Plain Dealer. He is the author of PHANTOM JACK (IMAGE) AND PHANTOM JACK: THE NOWHERE MAN AGENDA (IDW) both graphic novels use Philly as a backdrop as well as inspiration. His TALES OF THE STARLIGHT DRIVE-IN (IMAGE) was voted the BEST GRAPHIC NOVEL OF THE YEAR in 2009 in the Comic Buyer's Guide Annual awards. He has written a syndicated comics column for the Plain Dealer since 1993. He is currently working on several super secret projects which he will blab about endlessly if asked.
