m.ENGER is the writer and artist behind Carp Noctem and Mallaithe. She has contributed to the St. Louis based artist collective Ink and Drink Comics and Adult Swim’s Black Dynamite. She enjoys trench warfare, unionization in the early 1900s, monsters, optically scarred characters, dark lines, and illustrates more skulls, teeth, and prosthetic jaws than she’d like to admit.
