Jessie W. Craig always dabbled in art and reading comics. It has been a dream of his from an early age to create a comic. Now an adult, he decided he wasnt getting any younger. It was time to put up or shut up. His first comic, Sweet Dreams are Made of Worms was actually nearly a decade in the making. It started as something to occupy his mind during a psychologically bad time. It was mostly stream of conscious in its sequencing and story. The character Ego holds a very special place in his heart; he's like an old friend. Sometimes, it's almost like he draws himself.
Jessie consider himself more of a cartoonist. His major influences include Will Eisner, R. Crumb, Elzie Crisler Segar (Popeye the Sailor creator), Neil Gaiman, Frank Miller, James Dean Smith (creator of his all time favorite comic, Boris the Bear) and the many artist and writers that worked on Looney Toons.
