Since launching the Ink’d Well Comics line in 2009, Jay Paulin has been busy. With nearly 10 released – or announced – projects, he is more small publisher than self-publisher.
From the time he could put crayon to paper, Paulin wanted to be a storyteller. His first project was a dinosaur puppet show that earned rave reviews from his stuffed animals. Now, the Halifax, NS resident receives praise for publishing comics in a variety of genres for a variety of age groups. Notable reviews have come from Shuster nominee Conor McCreery (Kill Shakespeare), popular web comic creator Peter Chiykowski (Rock, Paper, Cynic) and World of Superheroes columnist Steve Damm.
Born and raised in SW Ontario, Paulin is very excited to be coming ‘home.’
