Wizard World and Hero Initiative team up for Guitar Hero 3 Competition
So you think you know how to rock out? Aspiring rock stars and video gamers can strut their stuff as Wizard World Los Angeles hosts its first ever Guitar Hero 3 and Rock Band competitions all weekend long and winners will be eligible for $1,000 in prizes and have their photos published in Wizard Magazine and on Wizard Universe and Wizard World.com.
And that’s not all! Attendees at the show can visit the Hero Initiative booth, Guitar Hero 3 play area and Wizard booth Friday and Saturday to enter a raffle to win a one of a kind guitar featuring original art by your favorite comic creators. Artists who have contributed to this special piece include Y: The Last Man’s Pia Guerra, Gene Ha, Agents of Atlas’ Leonard Kirk, Bill Willingham and more!
Purchase raffle tickets to support the Hero Initiative for $2 each or $5 for three tickets. Ten lucky winners will be chosen at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 15th at the Hero Initiative booth to participate in a Guitar Hero 3 showdown to determine who will walk away with the prized instrument!
