Since childhood, Chris has always been interested in comics. Before he knew what sequential art was, Chris knew that he had a story to tell, and a comic book was the medium in which he was needed to tell it. Always involved in art in any way possible, Chris took advantage of every given opportunity to flex his art muscles throughout grade school. It wasn’t until he attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia that he gained any formal art training.
After earning his BA in Animation & Media Arts in 2008, Chris used the knowledge he received to hone his penciling and story-telling craft. He’s sold many illustrations (including the cover art for the magazine “Knights of The Dinner Table” #201) and commissioned work online and at various comic conventions which has only added to his already budding fan base. His main project is his original comic, SUMMONS, which is published by Hound Comics. This marks Chris’ 5th year at Wizard World in Philadelphia.
