Chris started out self-publishing anthologies and single issues learning many aspects of comic making and production. For the past 15 years, he's put many issues under his belt playing with a variety of styles for every new project. One comic, Peter the Pan, earned him a Gene Day Award nomination for best self-published comic.
Chris first break came in the form of an OGN from Arcana which he wrote and drew - Dragons vs. Dinosaurs. Credits now include a creator owned Dark Horse title Grindhouse: Doors Open at Midnight by Alex de Campi where he supplied the interior art for issues 1 and 2 spanning the story Bee Vixens from Mars. His latest self-published comic, Pulp with writer Jeremy Holt, has garnered much critical acclaim and is now currently working on a new title from Monkeybrain Comics Go Getters written by co-creator Shawn Aldridge.
Chris is very much an Alberta (Canada) boy moving from city to city over the years and lately residing in Calgary, home of many great comic creators of past and present.
