Carlos Alazraqui


Carlos Alazraqui is not just the face of Deputy James Garcia on Comedy Central's Reno 911! He's also been a stand up comedian for over 20 years and one of LA's top voiceover actors for over 15 years, providing the voices for Rocko and Spunky on Nickelodeon's Rocko's Modern Life, Mr. Weed on FOX's The Family Guy, Lazlo on Cartoon Networks's Camp LazlO' and of course the voice of Gidget The Taco Bell Chihuahua, to name just a few. Hear him again as the voice of Nestor, the Latin Penguin in Happy Feet 2 set to record in January 0f 2010 in Sydney, Australia.

Carlos has a Comedy Central Half Hour Comedy Special under his belt, as well as several other national television appearances including three spots on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He also stars in his recurring role as Marcos Del Posey on Nickelodeon's Big Time Rush.

Carlos also provides voices for two of the most popular children cartoons. He is the voice of Walden, Earl and all male characters on Nick Jr.'s Wow Wow Wubbzy and he stars as Felipe, Abueltio and Mr. Sanchez on Disney's hit show, Handy Manny.

In 2008 Carlos joined forces with his Reno 911! Cast Mate, Cedric Yarbrough and hit the college circuit. They are now one of the most requested comedy/improv acts in the country.

Carlos is currently shopping a feature script for his short film, The Last White Dishwasher, which has been doing very well on the festival circuit.

Carlos has also collaborated with comedians Johnny Sanchez (Mad TV), and Al Madrigal (Gary Unmarried) and launching the 3 Non Juans Comedy Tour( Off their 2010 Showtime Comedy Special) Alternative comedy that goes beyond their Latin roots.
