 Buster Moody | |  | | (Colorist - Screamland; Hack/Slash: Trailers; This Is a Souvenir: The Songs of Spearmint & Shirley Lee) |  |  |  | Patrick Morgan, also known as Buster Moody, is a multifaceted artist. Primarily dealing in the graphic arts, he applies life experiences and personal interactions into coherent and skilled visual experiences. His illustrations have been featured in such venues as Wired Magazine, Wizard Magazine, The South By Southwest Music Festival, Zuda Comics, and Threadless.com. His animated work has been displayed at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in the “It Came From the Pit” festival in 2007, the “Persistent Vision” showcase in 2008, and the 2009 “Frame By Frame” animation showcase.
He currently colors the Eisner Award-nominated and Glyph Award-winning comic book “The Bayou” for DC Comics and his sequential art has been featured by Zuda Comics and in the Image Comics anthology “This is a Souvenir: The Songs of Spearmint and Shirley Lee.” His beats have been featured in numerous mixes and he is a part of The Footclan Beat Collective. In early 2010 the collective’s first beat tape was released to positive acclaim. He has also been a part of The Fauxmosapien Comic Book Collective, an experiment in sequential story-telling involving a number of like-minded artists, as well as The Sketch Cartel group sketch blog.
