BrassComics is a hub of creations, collaborations, and artistic oddities by the 2 founding members Bruce Small and Zach Q. Styles of story and visuals vary.
On the one hand you have the charming/slapstick gothic horror love letter Transyltown, about a vampire with only enough guts to suck a blood-orange and a hyper-active pre-teen demon slayer in floral print (and all the tributes and parodies abound). Visually told through a cute but dynamic style that would fit in just as much with treasury collections of funnies as it would with print graphic novels and manga serials.
On the other hand, there is the project BioRhythm, a gritty pseudo sci-fi/action story with a good dose of strife to boot. What is clear is that the world is geared to keep those at the top at the top and those at the bottom, busy. What is NOT clear, however, is who knows whats best for all, as the factions about society begin to come to a head over our main characters, and their little scientific discovery. Visually told through a slick and sharp line style nestled halfway between recent superhero cartoons and late 80′s, early 90′s anime.
