|Andres started working professionally doing some books for Avatar Press, like Joe R. Landsdale The Drive-In, By Bizarre Hands, or Yuggoth Creatures. He also didPistolfist: Revolutionary Warrior for Alias, and other books like Helios: Under the Gun and Purity for Dakuwaka, and Ape Entertainment’s Cartoonapalooza. |
He started working for Marvel as penciler of the Son of Hulk ongoing, written by Paul Jenkins, and after that, he did Dark Reign: Hawkeye #5. For DC Comics, he’s done Gotham City Sirens #10-#11 & #13, with inker Raul Fernandez.
After finishing Joker’s Asylum: The Riddler, a standalone story, but part of the month-long Joker’s Asylum event, also for DC, Andrés penciled Gotham City Sirens #14-17. He also worked on Namor: the First Mutant #4 for Marvel, and returned to DC, becoming the Gotham City Sirens ongoing artist until the book ended.
Andres has also drawn Red Lanterns, Resurrection Man, Nightwing 11-14; Hypernaturals (for BOOM! Studios); Justice League of America’s Vibe; Justice League and JLA (Martian Manhunter back-up stories).
Andres is currently the ongoing artist on Superboy, book he started drawing with issue #26, part of the crossover with Teen Titans.
